Brewing Guide
- Fill the maté gourd about 3 tbsp full of this Maté blend.
- Pour a splash of room temperature water onto the maté leaves to protect it from burning.
- Wait 2-4 minutes and then slowly pour hot water (70°C-80°C) into the gourd.
- Drink though the bombilla!
- Don't stir it!
- Once the infusion is finished, refill the gourd with more hot water.
