Refund policy
1. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in preparing and packaging your order. However, if your item arrives damaged, broken, or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
Eligibility:
- Item must have been received damaged or defective
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- You must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue
- The item must be in its original packaging
How to request a replacement/refund:
Please contact us on WhatsApp or email with:
- Your order number
- Photos/videos of the damaged item
- A short description of the issue
- The date and time you received the order
We’ll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
2. Changed Your Mind? (Return for exchange).
If you changed your mind? No problem!
You may exchange unopened, unused items within 48 hours of delivery.
Conditions:
- Only applies to tea ware and accessories
- Items must be unused and in perfect condition
- Return delivery fees is the customer's responsibility
- Store credit / replacement order is issued once we receive and inspect the returned item
3. Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept:
- Requests made after 48 hours for damaged items
- Returns after 48 hours for “changed your mind” items
- Opened and used.
- Items without original packaging
- Preference-based issues (taste, smell, color variation, etc.)
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect address or customer unavailability
4. Refund, Replacement & Store Credit
Once your request is approved, you will receive one of the following:
- A replacement of the same item, exchange for different items
- A refund (only for damaged/defective items)
