Iron Goddess Oolong
Iron Goddess Oolong
Iron Goddess Oolong tea stands as the world's most celebrated oolong tea variety. When oxidized between 10% to 50%, it takes on a tightly coiled, consistent appearance, with a dense, sage-green hue that seems to glisten lightly, akin to a delicate frost. The handiwork involved in producing this tea is complex, especially as the tea nears completion. In the final stage, it undergoes a gentle refiring at low temperatures, during which its most distinctive feature, the subtle frosted appearance, becomes apparent.
Ranked third among China's Top Ten Famous Teas, Iron Goddess Oolong Tea has become so popular that it has almost become synonymous with oolong tea.
